Keeping its perfect season intact, the Fort Dodge girls soccer team blanked Humboldt by an 8-0 count Friday night at Dodger Stadium.

Madeline Westerhoff powered the Dodgers (3-0 overall) offensively with three goals, while Riley Hartman found the back of the net twice.

Stella Witt, Francis Lee and Allie Becker all added one score. Lee also dished out two assists, while Paige Savery and Hartman each chipped in a helper.

"It was cold, but our girls are trained to adapt to the conditions," said FDSH co-head coach Lindsay Boeckman. "I honestly have to give credit to Humboldt. For a first-year program, they never stopped and played a full 80 minutes."

Next action for the Dodgers is Monday at Des Moines Roosevelt. Start time is set for 4:45 p.m.
