SIOUX CITY- A 52-year-old Early man pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to meth conspiracy.
David Robley was convicted of conspiring to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine. During a plea hearing, Robley admitted that from about 2010 through January 2013 he manufactured and distributed more than 50 grams of meth. Pseudoephedrine purchase logs showed that from January 2010 to December 2012 Robley bought at least 102.24 grams of pseudoephedrine.
A sentencing date has not been set. Robley faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.
