A Webster City teen was killed in a crash Friday morning while driving to school. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Logan Baldwin, 16, was driving a farm tractor southbound on White Fox Road and 203rd Street in Hamilton County at about 6:30 A.M. Friday. A 2007 Toyota driven by 69-year-old Brian VanDeer of Webster City was also southbound and struck the rear-end of Baldwin’s tractor, sending it into the ditch and overturning it.
