The second phase of work on the Kenyon Road and Avenue C intersection project will begin on Tuesday as contractors work to install and reconstruct medians to channel traffic and create protected left-turn lanes. According to Fort Dodge City Engineer Austin Morrow, traffic control measures will be in place during construction, including the closure of the left lane in each direction of the intersection.
