Gene Tussing

John Eugene Tussing (Gene), of Fort Dodge, will celebrate his 90th birthday on Feb. 27 .

His family includes his wife, Margaret Gale Tussing (Gale), children, Joan and Chris Dennis, of Manson; John and Darcy Tussing, of Grand Haven, Michigan; and Pat Tussing, of Webster City. He has four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. His son Bob Tussing, of Laurens is deceased.

He was born on Feb. 27, 1933. He retired from the city of Laurens and spent most winters with his wife down South. He is a Korean War veteran and recently attended the Brushy Creek Honor Flight.
