CALLENDER — Curt and Wanda Martens, of Callender, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on June 8.

Their family includes Matt and Jessica Martens, Nick and Amanda Martens and Megan Martens and Joe Schnetter. They have eight grandchildren.

Curt Martens and Wanda Schuur were married June 8, 1974, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fort Dodge. They have lived in Callender for 47 years and have been members of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church for 47 years.
