Norene and Daryl Carpenter

Daryl and Norene Carpenter, of Fort Dodge, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Friday.

Their family includes Scott and Blanca Carpenter, of Winter Haven, Florida, and Kristy and Eric Samuelson, of Fort Dodge. They have three grandsons and one great-granddaughter.

Norene Twait and Daryl Carpenter were married on Aug. 9, 1959, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Depew.
