Marilyn Harder

Marilyn Harder, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate her 90th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Nov. 9 at the Tompkins Celebration Center at Friendship Haven.

Her family includes Kathy and Lee Khommanyvong, of Rockwell City; Steve and Denae Harder of Breezy Point, Minnesota; Ann and Robb Reid of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota; and special friend, Floyd Herum of Fort Dodge. She has eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Her husband Eldo Harder and her husband Donald “Doc” Henshaw are deceased.

She was born on Nov. 5, 1934. She worked at Lutheran Hospital, Geo. A. Hormel Co., and A-1 Home Healthcare as a registered nurse.
