Operation Ornament is today
Operation Ornament presented by Swingin Fore Soldiers is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Laramar Ballroom, 710 First Ave. N. There will be an adult happy hour from 6 to 9 p.m. This Christmas experience will benefit military families. Walk through a parade of trees decorated by local businesses, enjoy a hot cocoa bar and meet Santa. Those attending can make a Christmas bulb in honor of a military hero. The event is open to the public. Freewill donations will be accepted.
