Peggy Trevino

Peggy Trevino, a Fort Dodge certified public accountant, was recognized with the Iowa Society of CPAs Distingushed Service Award during the 2022 Leadership Conference at the Sheraton West Des Moines. This award recognizes an Iowa CPA who has provided exceptional dedication and service to the association and made outstanding contributions to the accounting profession.

Trevino’s commitment to the society includes serving on the Board of Directors from 2000 to 2009, serving as president of the board in 2007-2008 and volunteering as board liasion or committee member of the Vision Task Force, Governmental Auditing and Accounting Committee, Legislation Committee, Practice Review Committee, Membership and Member Benefits Committee, Nonprofit Organizations Committee and Information Technology Committee. She also served as an association Legislative Leader ­– Key Person Contact.
