Luke Fillmore

The Rev. Luke Fillmore has joined the Friendship Haven Board of Directors.

Fillmore is an ordained elder within the United Methodist Church and has been serving as a pastor in Iowa congregations since 2015. With an undergraduate degree in linguistics and graduating from Iliff School of Theology in 2019, he is currently focused on the transformation of hearts and communities through the love of Christ and our support for each other.

He and his wife have three children. He enjoys long-distance cycling, playing the bagpipes, and cooking.

“I’m honored to serve alongside such an experienced and talented board,” Fillmore said. “It is an immense joy when the community is able to come together and care for one another, offering up the gifts and expertise we have been blessed with. I’m looking forward to the ways that I, too, can serve, encourage, and support the residents and staff of Friendship Haven.”
