Pistorius provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management and referrals for therapy services. She sees patients of all ages but has specialized training in child and adolescent psychiatry.

She provides comprehensive, individualized care by assessing biological, psychological, and social factors to ensure every patient receives the support they need.

Pistorius earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans and completed her internship, residency and fellowship at LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport.
