Leah Eslick

Leah Eslick, a physical therapist for Trinity Rehabilitation Services, was named the January Employee of the Month.

She was nominated by Joanne Mcevoy, another physical therapist at Trinity Rehabilitation Services, who described how Eslick has helped grow their women’s health program.

“Leah has taken time to go to Des Moines to shadow a pelvic floor therapist, is helping to develop a post-partum exercise program for new moms and participated in an in-service for a local women’s gym about pelvic floor health,” she wrote.

Not only improving patient care, but Mcevoy shares that Eslick is involved in various internal committees, makes daily meetings informative and ensures those working in patient care know what is going on in the organization.

Leah helped organize our first “Adopt a Department” with providing lunch to the Cath Lab staff, organized a book club for our department, and encourages team members to participate in “Summer Salad Bowl” and bring in new salads for others to try, she wrote.
