Matthew Chrzan, a member of the Fort Dodge Senior High Marching Band, gets his saxophone warmed up prior to the band’s performance at the State Marching Band competition in October at Dodger Stadium. The FDSH band’s performance, which featured music from “Fiddler on the Roof,” earned a Division “I” rating. The band boarded buses headed for San Antonio, Texas, to perform in the Alamo Bowl.
