Nancy Siefert and her dog Katie keep an anxious eye on a large ice dam formed on the Des Moines River close to her home near the end of Scenic Drive north of Fort Dodge. The ice dams caused homes to flood in the area, along with houses along Riverdale Drive and 160th Street.
