Keenan Schuur, who has been with Coldwell Banker since May 2015, received the honor having sold $10.9 million in sales last year.

Schuur received his brokers license in 2017 and became co-owner of the local Coldwell Banker in January 2020.

“I really focus on a client first approach,” said Schuur. “I make sure that their needs are met above all else and I try to stay as down to earth and real as possible with them.”

Schuur was also the top Realtor in the local Multiple Listing Service database used by real estate agents and brokers.

Schuur also served as the president of the Fort Dodge Board of Realtors.
