A life-long Gowrie resident, she opened 1108 Coffee and Boutique, 1108 Market St., on Monday to a packed store of customers.

“I have always been super interested in clothing and boutique items and wanted to combine this interest with my interest in coffee,” said Burger.

1108 Coffee and Boutique features a variety of clothing items in the upstairs space along with coffees, teas, and baked goods in the main area of the store.

“We have different flavored lattes, drip coffee, cold brew, dirty sodas, refreshers, teas, and more available for our beverages,” said Burger. “For boutique items, we have a variety of options in tops, dresses, and accessories. There is something for everyone.”

1108 Coffee and Boutique is open from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.

“I am most excited to be able to share my interests with others while also building a community and hang out location in Gowrie,” said Burger.
