A full-service Godfather’s Pizza restaurant will be opening soon at Fort Frenzy, 3232 First Ave. S.

TJK Entertainment, owner of Fort Frenzy, made the announcement on Wednesday.

The previous Godfather’s Pizza location in Fort Dodge closed in May. It had been open at 2305 First Ave. S. for 44 years.

“Godfather’s Pizza has been missed in the community the last few months and we are thrilled to be bringing it back locally to Fort Dodge,” said Jordon McCubbin, general manager of Fort Frenzy. “Pizza and fun, there’s no better combination, and the value and quality of Godfather’s Pizza is a piece we are excited to be adding to Fort Frenzy.”

The Fort Frenzy location will provide dine-in, delivery, catering, online ordering and a drive-thru window.

The restaurant is looking to employ 30-plus staff members.

Fort Frenzy plans to open the new Godfather’s location in early 2022.
