A Fort Dodge man was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony.

According to the criminal complaint from the Fort Dodge Police Department, Alexander Anton Murry, 30, allegedly had sexual contact with a child under the age of 14.

Murry had his initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court on Thursday morning. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 15.
