OTHO — Otho Betterment Committee is holding Bingo TODAY at the Otho Community Center, 220 Rake St. Doors open at 6 p.m. with bingo starting at 7 p.m. Concession will be available for purchase.

DAKOTA CITY — The second annual Moffitt Animal Shelter Fundraiser is 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. SUNDAY at VFW Post 5240, Dakota City. There will be food, a DJ, bingo, silent auction and raffle.

OTHO — Otho United Methodist Church is holding a Soup Supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. SATURDAY at the church. The menu is vegetable beef soup, chicken noodle soup, chili and cheesy potato soup for a freewill donation. To go orders are available by calling Nancy at 515-570-4827.

GOWRIE — Southeast Valley Post Prom Fundraiser is 4:30 to 7 p.m. TODAY in the Southeast Valley High School commons, Gowrie. Hot beef sundaes will be served for a freewill donation. All proceeds go toward the Southeast Valley 2024 Post Prom.

ROCKWELL CITY — TWINterfest is 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. SATURDAY at North Twin Lake, 6929 Twin Lakes Road, Rockwell City. There will be a pancake breakfast, lake poker run, motorcycle, ATV and UTV races, tailgate party, ice fishing clinic, BBQ lunch, broom ball, polar plunge, DJ party and fireworks.
