FORT DODGE — Knights of Columbus Lenten Fish Fry is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. TODAY at Corpus Christi Center, 405 N. Eighth St. Dinners include fried fish, baked fish, shrimp or grilled cheese served with baked potato or French fries, homemade coleslaw, roll, ice cream and beverages. The meal will be served dine in or carryout. Tickets for fried fish, baked fish or shrimp are $12, combo meal of all three is $14, grilled cheese or kid’s portion is $6 and children age 5 and under are free.
FORT DODGE — Eggs & Issues Legislative Forum is 8:30 to 10 a.m. SATURDAY in the Triton Cafe Boardroom on the Iowa Central Community College campus. The forum is free.
FORT DODGE — A benefit for Jon Widen, who was injured in a motorcycle accident, is 3 p.m. to midnight SATURDAY on the second floor of The Eagles, 1018 First Ave. N. There will be food, bands and solo artists and live and silent auctions.
FORT DODGE — Comedy to the Rescue, a stand-up benefit for Almost Home-Humane Society of North Central Iowa, is TODAY at Rides Banquet Center, 725 S. 31st St. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the show beginning at 6:30 p.m. The show features nationally touring comedian Clay Foley along with opening act Matthew Jacobsen. Tickets are $25 per person.
FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Choral Society Concert, “Around This Decade,” is 3 p.m. SUNDAY at Grace Lutheran Church, 211 S. Ninth St. The concert will feature Kevin Memley’s “Magnificat” with Jive! for Five. Admission is $12 for adults, free for students and included with a Fort Dodge Choral Society membership.
FORT DODGE — Dayton Wranglers Pony Express Dance is 8 p.m. to midnight SATURDAY at the Best Western Starlite Village, 1518 Third Ave. N.W. Cory Waller and the Wicked Things will play. There will be a raffle and live and silent auctions. Tickets are $10 for adults with children ages 17 and under free. Proceeds will benefit Camp Sunnyside.
FORT DODGE — The Rifle and Pistol Club 52nd Gun Show is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. SATURDAY and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SUNDAY at the Webster County Fairgrounds, 22770 Old Highway 169. Admission is $7 per person with children ages 13 and under admitted free. Food and beverages will be available. Federal, state and local gun laws must be obeyed, security guard on duty.

WEST BEND — West Bend Knights of Columbus Fish Fry is 5 to 7:30 p.m. or until gone TODAY at the West Bend Golf and Country Club. The menu is all-you-can-eat fish served with potatoes, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, dinner roll, ice cream sundae, coffee, milk and water. EMMETSBURG — VFW Lenten Fish Fry is 5 to 7 p.m. TODAY at the VFW, Emmetsburg. Orders to go may be called in at 712-298-0883. Tickets are $12 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12 and free for children ages 4 and under.
VINCENT — Vincent Fire and Rescue Drive Thru Supper is 4:30 to 7 p.m. SATURDAY at the Vincent Fire Department. Chicken noodles over mashed potatoes, green beans, roll and drink will be served. Tickets are $12 per person with children ages 6 and under free.
