A portrait of Judge Mark Cady has been placed in the foyer of the Webster County Courthouse. During Tuesday’s Board of Supervisors meeting, it was announced that a plaque honoring Cady would be placed under the portrait. Fort Dodge visual artist Jennifer Dutcher was commissioned by the Iowa Bar Association to create the portrait, which was done in acrylic on canvas. “I am incredibly proud of this painting and am humbled that I was selected to create it,” said Dutcher.
