POCAHONTAS — Pocahontas Community Chorus and Band “Hometown Christmas” is 5 p.m. SUNDAY at the Rialto Theater on Main Street in Pocahontas. Admission is a freewill donation.
LEHIGH — Lehigh Lions Club Deer Hunters Breakfast is 7 to 11 a.m. SATURDAY at the Community Center in Lehigh. All the pancakes, sausage and eggs you can eat is $8 for adults and $2.50 for children ages 11 and under. Proceeds go toward community projects and scholarships.
WEST BEND — Experience an Old Fashion Christmas in West Bend from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. SATURDAY. There will be hay rack rides,; caroling, Santa, crafts and cookies at the library, food pantry, garland bar, West Bend history trivia, breakfast fundraiser from 7:30 a.m. to noon at the Wagon Wheel, free hot chocolate, firemen’s supper from 4 to 6 p.m., and vintage cars.
LAURENS — Laurens Candy Cane Lane is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY in Laurens. There will be a Festival of Trees; vendor show; free candy cane hot chocolate; friendship bracelet making station; and in store business specials.
MANSON — Holiday events in Manson will include a Christmas tour of homes at 2 p.m. SATURDAY. Tickets at Swanson Hardware and Fringe Salon. The lighted Christmas parade will be begin at 6 p.m. from 15th Avenue, down Main Street to the firehouse. Following the parade, Santa will be available for photos at the VFW post. There will be an ugly sweater party beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Shoreside Pub and Grub. The Schoon Brothers will perform live music.
At 9 a.m. SUNDAY, there will be breakfast with Santa at the MACC center. The Manson Northwest Webster High School Jazz Band will perform at 1 p.m. in the school commons. At 2 p.m. the movie “Elf” will be shown in the Kate Toben Auditorium in the high school.

FORT DODGE — Lights at Kennedy is 6 to 9 p.m. TODAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY at John F. Kennedy Park Campground, 1417 Nelson Ave. Admission is freewill donation.
FORT DODGE — The Fort Museum Trading Post, 1 Museum Road, is holding a Christmas Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. TODAY and SATURDAY.
FORT DODGE — Peoples Credit Union, 1717 Fifth Ave. S., is holding photos with Santa from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. SATURDAY. Come by to chat with Santa, grab a cookie and snap a free photo.
FORT DODGE — First Congregational United Church of Christ, 1611 Williams Drive, is holding its annual Christmas Cookie Walk from 9 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the church. Homemade cookies, peanut brittle, jams, homemade goodies and handmade gifts will be available for purchase. There will also be a special Christmas garage sale.
FORT DODGE — Blanden Memorial Art Museum, 920 Third Ave. S., is holding a Holiday Open House from 3 to 6 p.m. SATURDAY. There will be refreshments and Christmas treats, music and online auction until 5 p.m. The Secor Strings will perform at 3 p.m., followed by the St. Edmond Choir at 4:45 p.m.
FORT DODGE — Indoor Winter Flea Market and Craft Sale is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SATURDAY at the Webster County Fairgrounds, 22770 Old Highway 169 S. Admission is free.
FORT DODGE — Shaun Johnson and the Big Band Experience Holiday concert is 6 to 8 p.m. SUNDAY at the Historic Phillips Auditorium, 1015 Fifth Ave. N. Doors open at 5:15 p.m. General admission tickets are $35 per person. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for the meet and greet VIP. Meet and greet VIP tickets are $50 per person. FORT DODGE — Webster County Birding will hold an annual Christmas Bird Count from 7:30 a.m. to noon SATURDAY. Meet at Tom Thumb, 1412 A St., at 7:30 a.m. for coordinates and breakfast. Bring a bird identification book and binoculars. Counters should meet back at Tom Thumb at noon for the tally.
FORT DODGE — First Covenant Church, 201 Ave. H, is holding a Christmas Cantata “Come, Emmanuel” at 5 p.m. SATURDAY and 10:30 a.m. SUNDAY. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
FORT DODGE — The Fort Dodge Public Library Children’s Department is hosting Waiting for Santa Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. SATURDAY. Children and their caregivers can make holiday crafts, write letters to Santa, dot paint and build with Magna Tiles. Children who attend can also make a special cup of Santa Soup to Go. No registration or fee is required.

FORT DODGE — Christian singer Jennie Williamson will perform on SATURDAY at 6:30 p.m. in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 400 S. 13th St. The concert will include a mixture of traditional Christmas favorites like “Joy to the World” and some songs she has written such as the recently released “Shalom, Shalom.”
