The driver of this sport utility vehicle suffered minor injuries when it collided with a semitrailer at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and 42nd Street early Thursday afternoon. She was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center. The driver of the truck was unhurt. The crash was reported at 12:53 p.m. It remained under investigation by Fort Dodge police Thursday afternoon. The Iowa State Patrol and Fort Dodge Fire Department also responded.
