The Fort Dodge Community School District and the Early Childhood Center have released preschool registration details for the 2025-2026 school year.

Preschool registration is in-person at the Fort Dodge Community School District’s Central Office, located at 109 N. 25th St. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration begins Dec. 6. Central Office will be open 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 6.

The following information is required for registration to be complete:

• Proof of guardianship.

• Proof of address and student age.

• Immunization records.

Students must be 4 years old by Sept. 15, 2025. Registration will not be completed until all of this information is provided.

Preschool is a free, full-day program. Limited spots are available, and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
