Graveside Services for Joyce B. Taylor, 91, of Fort Dodge, formerly of Otho will be Mon­day, July 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Otho Cemetery, with Pastor Alaire Willits off­iciating.

Joyce B. Taylor was born July 2, 1926 in Nebo, MO to Elmer and Gladys (Kuhn) Fisher. As a child, she moved with her family to the Otho area where she attended school and graduated from Otho High School. After graduating, she worked for Lehigh Sewer Pipe and Tile. Joyce was united in marriage to Bob Taylor in St. Joseph, MO and to this union, two children were born, Ed and Sharon. Bob and Joyce farmed in the Otho area for many years. She was a member of the Otho United Methodist Church, Woman’s Club in Lehigh and the Quilt Guild in Fort Dodge. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, quilting and hiking.

On June 26, 2018, Joyce died at Friendship Haven in Fort Dodge. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Taylor of Clear Lake. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Ed.
