PAUL R. KRUGER

Paul Robert Kruger was born on November 16, 1957 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Dr. Robert and Corinne Kruger. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1976. He then attended Iowa State University and graduated in 1980.

He worked a few years in the insurance business in the Des Moines, Iowa area and the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Then he moved to Colorado where he met and later married Lisa Rousselle in 1990. They became parents to Whitney and twins Austin and Garrett. They later divorced and he stayed in the Denver, Colorado area. There he worked at various positions including a college recruiter until his health declined.

Throughout his life, he enjoyed sports, music, and traveling. He was a member of Denver First Church of the Nazarene. His faith, family, and friendships were what was most important to him.

He is survived by his children: Whitney Rousselle, Denver, CO; Austin (Ashley) Rousselle, Fort Collins, CO; Garrett Rousselle, Overland Park, KS; brother Dr. John (Vicki) Kruger, The Villages, FL; sisters Carolyn Kruger, Omaha, NE; Marilyn (Richard) Sprague, Argyle, TX; Kathy (Steve) Hauck, Humboldt, IA; along with many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents Dr. Robert and Corinne Kruger (Maurer) and brother Dr. Thomas Kruger.

A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
