Mavis Bowden

Mavis Jane Law Bowden, daughter of Bert and Grace (Hansen) Law, was born January 21, 1929, near Mallard, Iowa. Mavis was united in marriage to James Franklin Bowden, who passed away in May 2011.

Mavis was also preceded in death by her parents and her siblings. She is survived by her children Sally Bowden (Mike Carney); William Bowden (Nancy); and Michelle Bowden, as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sisters-in-law Dolores Law and Louise Bowden.

Services will be held at the LifeGate Fellowship Church in Humboldt on Saturday, January 11, 2025. The viewing is from 9:30-11:00 a.m. and the funeral service is at 11 a.m.
