Mark Edward Martin, 64, of Des Moines, the son of Pat and Skip Martin of Clare, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 surrounded by his family at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, from complications with COPD.

Survivors include his 3 children Lyndsey Whitaker of Arkansas, Brandi Martin and Dustin Martin both of Des Moines, 9 grandchildren, brother Joe Martin, sisters LuAnn (Curtis) Nunn, Rae (David) Shepherd, and Vicki (James) Trujillo, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded by his parents, sister Denise McCormick, and sister-in-law Kathy Martin.
