LINCOLN, Neb. — The Iowa Central women dropped an 82-75 decision to Southeast here Sunday afternoon.

Hannah Bogdonovich had 13 points, Ashlin Jacobsen added 12 and Kayla Johns-McGarity 11 to lead the Tritons (4-1 overall). Johns-McGarity had nine rebounds and Fort Dodge Senior High grad Lainey Maehl grabbed six.

“It was a tough one for us,” ICCC head coach Sabah Dickerson said. “But our focus will be to take the positives from this contest and use them to move forward.

“Our bench did a good job of stepping up and getting some good shots. We want to develop more depth as we advance in our season.”

Iowa Central returns to the court Friday and Saturday for the Great Western Shootout inside Hodges Fieldhouse. The Tritons host North Platte on Friday and Highland on Saturday.
