Two seconds for FD boys
MASON CITY — The Fort Dodge boys competed in the Iowa Alliance Indoor Championship on Thursday.
Sophomore Jayce Point brought home a runner up showing in the 800.
The 4×800 relay team of Cael Hansen, Point, Avery Bryhne, and Joseph Petersen were also second.
The quartet of Tytrell Mosley, Sam Moser, Rylan Kingrey and Tru McBride were sixth.
Hansen was seventh in the 1,600.
“We were missing a couple of kids who had college visits and we held a couple out, but we ran well,” said Fort Dodge head coach Nik Moser. “Jayce and Cael had almost as good times as they did at the end of last year.”
The Dodgers are back in action on Saturday when they ran at Des Moines East.
