HUMBOLDT — Senior Braxtyn Dencklau secured meet medalist honors as the Fort Dodge girls golf squad prevailed in a triangular against Humboldt and Manson Northwest Webster here on Tuesday.

Dencklau, a future Iowa Central team member, carded a round of 45 at the Humboldt Country Club. Her teammate, Emma Lloyd, was runner-up at 57.

The Dodgers had a 229, with the Wildcats (237) and Cougars (259) next in line.

Macy Berte and Sophia List of Humboldt tied Fort Dodge’s Alani Crouse (58) for third.

Fort Dodge is back in action at Greene County on Thursday.
