Two more wins for Triton baseball
ESTHERVILLE — The 19th-ranked Iowa Central baseball team had no trouble with Iowa Lakes here Thursday, sweeping a doubleheader.
After topping the Lakers on Wednesday at Rogers Park, 19-4, the Tritons posted 14-3 and 10-6 victories here at Hess Limberg Field.
Iowa Central (25-6 overall, 9-2 in ICCAC) has won seven of its last eight, scoring over 10 runs in four of those games.
The Tritons return to action on Saturday when they host Marshalltown for a twinbill beginning at 1 p.m. followed by a lone game on Sunday at noon.
